As each piece is individually crafted, we aim to ensure your satisfaction and handle any issues with care and transparency. Our policy complies with Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your rights to a refund, repair, or replacement under specific circumstances.
Returns
You may request a return for a refund, exchange, or repair within 30 days of purchase if the item:
- Is faulty, defective, or damaged on arrival.
- Is not as described or does not match the product listing.
- Is not fit for its intended purpose.
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our items, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind purchases.
- Custom or commissioned artworks.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@jacqcroninartist.com with your proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) and a description of the issue.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, we will process your refund promptly, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your refund has not been received within this timeframe, please:

Exchanges
Due to the one-off nature of our artwork, exchanges may not always be possible. However, if the product is defective or damaged, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, such as a repair or replacement. Please email us at hello@jacqcroninartist.com to discuss your options.
Shipping
To return your item, please send it to:

You are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or not as described. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
Gifts
If your purchase was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If it was not marked as a gift, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
Important Note: As each piece is crafted with care and uniqueness, minor variations in colour, texture, or design are considered part of the creative process and not grounds for a refund or exchange.
